Because products may be fulfilled by third parties, packaging, shipping origin and delivery carrier may vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner.

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted when I S Mart confirms the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or modify an order where there is a product availability issue, pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect customer information, delivery limitation or other legitimate reason.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be contacted to confirm the order before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns, replacements and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
