I S Mart currently ships products within India, subject to delivery serviceability of the customer's address.

Orders are processed after order confirmation. Since I S Mart uses a third-party dropshipping and fulfillment model, products may be sourced, packed and shipped by our fulfillment partners.

SHIPPING TIME

Standard delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the customer's location, product availability, courier service, weather, operational conditions and other circumstances beyond our control.

REMOTE AND NON-SERVICEABLE AREAS

Some PIN codes or remote areas may not be serviceable by our fulfillment or courier partners. If an order cannot be delivered to the provided address, we may contact the customer to arrange an alternative solution or cancel the order.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

There are no international shipping services currently available through I S Mart.
